The crew wakes up to 30 - 40 knot winds at Bangor. The plan is to fly over the White Mountains to Berlin, but this will not happen until the wind subsides. In the meantime they can review the weather for the planned legs. It's all about winds and turbulence today. Unfortunately PIREPS are scarce as few people are flying at this time but there is an AIRMET Tango. They also cannot get weather at KBML. This should have been a clue...
