Login/IngresarDay four (4) of the ECIE and it looks like we'll be getting some IMC. The focus of the weather briefing is on the three main risks; convection, icing and visibility. There is some potential for rain as we get closer to Bangor. In looking at KOWD Doug notes that there is a NOTAM that the circling minimums have been raised to 780'. This is critical information as Norwood only has approaches to runway 35. Looks like a lot of time in IMC enroute throughout the day. Doug looks to WeatherSpork for Metograms, route profiles and Skew-T reports. Skew-T logs show an inversion at more than one location. This means an unstable lapse rate.
