Doug submits a PIREP for the power outage at Berlin and the resultant unavailability of fuel for pilots there. He also reports the intense winds aloft and mountain wave action encountered during the trip to Berlin from Bangor.

Now they know why they were not able to get the weather at KBML from Bangor or enroute!
