Login/IngresarBilly and Doug depart Berlin for Springfield, VT but take one lap around BML before proceeding on course. KBML has a published ODP (obstacle departure procedure) and fortunately you can find it on the Jeppesen Airport Info chart. This is critical information. If they were to proceed directly to their initial waypoint of AYZOO as cleared, rather than flying the published ODP to the Berlin VOR (BML), they would stand an excellent chance of landing on Mt. Cabot (4200'). The same rotor winds that they encountered earlier in the day could retard their climb performance.
